Park place, Cardiff. Another bike is dissembled and left lonely and forlorn, its voice provided by Harry Nilsson, in achy, best forgotten, 70s AOR.

Wherever possible, lock your rear wheel, front wheel and frame, using facilities that are within public and – where possible – CCTV view.
