How not to train

Take your cycling seriously? It’s all too easy to be po faced about racing and training, especially if you’re keeping an eye on the results. These fellas on the other hand are unashamedly not bothered about that kind of stuff and prefer to take their ice baths in the mud, motor paced training behind a 4×4 and get heckled by their riding buddies in-extremis. I really can’t see BC taking any tips and tinkering with the format of the National Trophy (though the mischievous side of me would welcome it).

Right then……the cross season may be many months off, but I think it’s time to do some ‘training’…..

With thanks to Andy Hoskins for the spot and the folks from Transition for putting their bodies on the line.

Sort of.
