Dawn on the Taff trail. Cycling toward Western Avenue, the sun streamed through the trees highlighting the silhouette of the crane at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Bizarrely, its appearance made it look like it was lurking furtively and trying not to be noticed. I swear I could hear whistling (faintly reminiscent of Ted Hughes’ ‘The Iron man‘).
After too many days of wet weather, the sun was a welcome sight.
