On the pages of the comic, Spidey swings from building to building, catapulting and somersaulting his way around NY. Try telling that to pop culture artist Mike Joos. As he will tell you (and you and I know), no form of transport gets you around the city quicker than a bike – even if you are an irradiated superhero.
As far as graphic novels and comic books are concerned, ‘V for Vendetta’ and ‘Judge Dredd are rather more my bag (though JD gets a Vespa rather like an off duty Bradley Wiggins). If swamp thing were to have a bike, it would probably be my Orange E8 from last weekend’s gloop fest. It’s an Aluminium and mud composite.
